Integrating Appian with SharePoint

Arun - this is fantastic. I've seen this question asked so many times but never a reply on how to actually do it. I've had files uploading in less than 20 minutes..

Then despite messing for an hour i couldnt get folder creation working. Do you happen to know the syntax for adding this?
