How Are You Using Quick Apps?

In order to continue enhancing the capability, we want to know how organizations are using Quick Apps. If your organization is deploying Quick Apps, please comment here to share how. What are the use cases - specific apps, types of apps, departments - for which you are deploying them?
Thank you.

The team here use the Ticketing (Jira like tool) to track bugs and issues. It is very useful.

Do you rely on the user to capture all the relevant data or are you somehow auto capturing state data?

We use Quick Apps for jumpstarting demos and in initial workshops of new projects. We find them to be a good tool for visualization of (1) how the system can look and (2) how a person could interact with the system. We have not yet had a 'true' Quick App go to prod, as there are usually more things to apply (like (1) row level security and (2) steps in the workflow)).
