When you have an Appian outage, especially if your production environment goes down.. submit a Support Ticket with Appian. Sometimes they are aware of outages in their AZ's and will notify you; but, it's always good to speak with them if you notice it first. Furthermore, the support team generally has more logs than the environment on Cloud platforms. You may also request for other logs / more in depth logs be added to your environments if it makes sense to do so.
