View history of a process

Hi All,

I have had a business user who is requesting to possibly view a history of a process in which they are experiencing issues with a specific product.

Is anyone able to help identify how I can find this information?...

There is a custom smart service named 'Get Process History' available to retrieve the history of process instances with the process ID given as an input.
