View history of a process

Hi All,

I have had a business user who is requesting to possibly view a history of a process in which they are experiencing issues with a specific product.

Is anyone able to help identify how I can find this information?...

You might also look at the Process Management Services share component for a smart service that can help managing archiving and unarchiving processes, among other things.
