Pull an Excel dump from Network drive

Hi,

I have a use case, wherein i will get an excel dump daily on our shared network location which i then need to dump into Appian Database table.

Can anyone provide the best way to handle this scenario?

Appreciate any help on this.

Hi,
If i understand you question correctly then I can see below options
1) Create a batch process to run on certain intervals
2) Configure "Receive file over FTP" smart service to receive file from your shared drive
3) Parse the received document and store them in respective process variables
4) And write them to data base
