PDF From Template with Multiple Item Grid

Question

I have create a pdf template that I will be filling with information to generate a PDF document. Part of the process will have an editable grid that can contain 1 or more items. The PDF template has a table with 4 columns and 1 or more rows. I have defined a single field for each column. My question is has anyone done something similar and if so how did you handle the grid items to PDF. I tried to insert an image but could not get it to work.

Using the "Dynamic Document Generator" plugin you have multiple ways to create a pdf. 
 
PDF from DOCX 
PDF from HTML 
PDF from HTML Transformation 
PDF from XSL-FO Transformation 
 
I have used the docx2pdf option and this previous answer i posted can help you to understand how to create the Word using "Advanced Document Templating" plugin

It always depend on your users and requirements, i use this word option because you dont need to learn another language we already know how to use DOCX files. but you can take a look at the XSL-FO transformation option, there are editors to create this templates

I would recommend using PDF from XSL-FO Transformation which gives you better look and feel, and also it will generate pdf with out any breaks. if you try to use PDF from HTML entire pdf will look like an image and also you may loose the data in pdf if more rows added to your grid, hoping that your data is dynamic.
