Getting error while adding new column to personal pages

Question

Hi All, 
 
 We are using portal forms for Personal pages and I am trying to add a new column to my personal page, but while doing I am getting an error. 
 I am a having permissions of a Basic User. Earlier I was able to add new columns but after upgrading from 7.6 to 17.2, then on I am facing this issue. 
 Please find attached screen shot for error. Kindly help me in finding a solution.

is your user id added into "Designer" group. Please check and confirm.

I have tried in 17.3. Created personal page and added one more column with Basic user. It works fine for me. Could you please check security as well. for channel and Page.
