An error occurred while retrieving the data for "CTM Study Profile" (APNX-1-4205-003)

Can you access more error details in the application server logs? I've seen this with database connection issues or query performance timeouts, but difficult to say without more information.

Our system admin only found this error in the logs, but I don't think it's related, as it's been occurring for some time (prior to this above error), and it's related to a view that hasn't changed since app creation:

Yes, it is an entity back record and I am able to load all 321 rows in MySQL DB - no problems there.

Are your sql_mode settings the same in both environments (DEV and UAT)?

When you tested in Dev, are you using the same account/credentials that the Appian site uses in its datasource connection? I'm wondering if this is session based or global and maybe explaining why you can execute the query but Appian (running as maybe another user account) can't

Are you connected via the admin console or a DS XML entry? Are both Dev and UAT data sources configured through the same mechanism?

I'm using the same credentials logging into both environments, and yes I believe the data sources are configured through the same mechanism. Can you advise where to check the sql_mode settings at? Thanks

We use to get the same error in the below cases:
1. Time out exceeded more than 10 sec ( assuming default is 10 secs configured and not changed)
2. Data limit is exceeded more than 1mb size.
3. Underlying view doesn't have read roles (this will be restricted by the DB team)
We use to get more info on the server logs, try to reproduce the same error and pull out the logs at the same time,
