Issue: Data Store Not Published

Question

Hello All, 
 I am unable to publish the data store after adding a data store entity created based on table from DB. Please find below image: 
 
 Anyway, I can publish the data store manually by clicking on the View Data Store and then go for Modified Draft link at the top of Data Store and Verify Mappings and then Publish. But I just need to know what might be the issue in this case.

mohamedt808 In Admin console under >Deployments ->"Allow Database Schema Changes Through Data Stores" Check box it is unchecked. Is the check box checked a mandatory thing or a best practice? The reason I am asking because it was working fine except from last week and we have not configured it when we set this environment and many applications were running from long time on that and no issue.

Can you check Both admin console->Deployments ->"Allow Database Schema Changes Through Data Stores" Check box and "Automatically update database schema" check box in your Data Store in your target environment??
