Export data in text

Hi

We have smart services available to export data to word Document (Docx from Dynamic Template) and pdf also. Please check the Document Generation Tab to find out the list of smart services available to export the data

There is no out-of-box functionality in Appian to export in any other file. The work around is there, if you can parse your exported excel using "Parse Excel to CDT" smart service and then your CDT can be populated to text or word.

what type of data you want to export ? It is CDT, sql or any , please tell here. If you check there are smart services are available in the Document Generation Tab, you can find there weather they are useful for you or not.

You can use the smart service (Docx from Dynamic Template) and also there are out of box shard components that you can use according to your requirement.
