I have a record that contains entries some of which might have attachments. I store the folder id in my process and I can retrieve the attachments using the function getdocumentsfromfolder(folder_id, true). But I am having trouble trying to expose these attachments in the records....

Hi Helmut,
You can use the rule rule!APN_uiLinkFieldFromDocs in the Appian Common Objects package to create a list of the available attachments.
Example:
rule!APN_uiLinkFieldFromDocs("Attachments", "This is a list of attachments.", getDocumentsFromFolder(if(isnull(rf!attachmentsfolderid), 0, rf!attachmentsfolderid), false()), true())
The Appian Common Objects package can be found on the Appian Software page:
