How to convert document of size up to 10MB into stream[]/byte[]/binary/base64 to pass onto Api? Please share a custom plugin if anyone using.

Scenario: Need to convert document of size up to 10MB into stream[]/byte[]/binary/base64 to pass onto Api. 

Is there any size limit of base64 format content that appian can allow to use either to write into RDBMS Blob or RDBMS column or to pass onto Integration call as input param in request of POST operation type.

Please share a custom plugin if anyone using to convert a document of any size into stream[]/byte[]/binary/base64 format.
