Fetching mySQL datetime value "0000-00-00 00:00:00" showing error in Appian

That value does not appear to be supported for datetime in Appian. It is also not a valid value for datetime in MySQL when strict mode is enabled. A possible workaround is to cleanup the data with "0000-00-00 00:00:00" datetime values and setting those datetime fields to NULL instead. You may need to update your database table schema to allow null for that field. Once you do that, Appian should be able to retrieve that record with a NULL datetime value.
