Cast a double type value into text value after recovering the full original value

Assuming this large number is coming in an excel sheet, is there a provision to do any mathematical operation to convert this into a decimal number (dividing by a number 10000000000 in your case)and read it on appian side and convert this number back multiplying the same number?
