Directly link user to webpage after clicking Related Action

From the Related Actions of a record I would like to kick off a process that opens up another webpage without the users having to click the url on a task form in the process thus forcing the users to click twice instead of once. Is there a way to open up a web page at the start of a process, perhaps in a script task? Thanks.

Yes we have put the link to another system on our Record Dashboard and it has worked out just fine. We were thinking to put it in the related actions tab so as not to confuse users between what a action vs. what a record is as all other updates to the record are done in the related actions tab
