Hi All
I am working on version 19.2.
I have a requirement where i need to generate a excel with 2 diiferent sheets in it. So, here we have a twist, we have around 186 columns in sheet 1. As per my knowledge, with the help of the smart service "Export Data Store Entity to Excel", I can fulfill my requirement. But for this, I need to have 186 fields in my CDT which is not as per Appian recommneded standards.
Kindly let me know, if there is a better option to fulfill my requirement.

Hi Raja,
We can export data from SQL to Excel as well if it's possible you can write SQL Which returns your expected output and from there you can use smart service ( Export SQL to Excel)
This would be the work around. As you correctly mentioned creating CDT with more columns are not recommend in Appian.
Thanks

Hi Arun,
we are using version 19.2 and they have deprecated the Smart Service "Export SQL to excel".
I don't see Smart Service "Export SQL to excel" in deprecated list in 19.2 and still I am able to used the same from
Integration Services -> Excel Tools. see both screen from community and 19.2 environment.
can you please share the source for deprecated details.
Thanks,

Hi Raj,
still you can explore below smart service - Export data store entity to Excel
In My process modeler i can see it as deprecated. My main concern is all about creating CDT with 186 fields.
Hi kethaj
Just to add on, since it is a plugin and not Appian's in-built smart service so I am not able to see "Export SQL to excel" as I have the latest version of the Plugin deployed in my environemt. PFB the screen shot of the Admin console:
