I have installed Appian 7.3 on my system. I am able to see the list of records in Tempo but when i click on the record blank page is getting displayed , no error is getting displayed. Please help in tracking this out....

I had the same problem. I accessed the server on a different URL than it was configured for. You might have a look at that.

In the Appian properties files you have to define a servername. Lets say ist is "appian.yourcompany.com" when you access the system using the IP address or another name defined in DNS instead of the servername you might face this problem.

Hi shelzle thanks for the input...but as of now we have not defined any server name in the properties file. We are just exploring the functionality provided related to tempo in Appian 7.3. So is it required to define this setting as the part of installation for Records to work? Anyhow i will try with this option also.

Configuring the SERVER_AND_PORT setting in custom.properties is an important step in setting up Appian.
