executestoredprocedure smart service getting error and after re-starting the node it is working

This may be related to your SQL code - can you confirm if executing a light weight, test stored procedure produces the same result?

Yes , getting same issue even after testing with light weight SP.

If you execute the procedure directly via a database query (outside of Appian, if available), are any errors received or does it always fire successfully?  It is odd to me that a 111212 error is received on the first run but executes successfully on the following run.

One note is that the executeStoredProcedure service does attempt to block writes to the DB, it is intended for reads only.  Can you also confirm if your test procedure is attempting a SELECT and not an INSERT?
