My query is to write multiple data rows (array from the process) in the DB at one go, I have tried this with write to multiple data store, however, it is still overwriting all the rows and only the last value is present. Can any one help me on how to do this?

In your expression use the function a!entityData() https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.4/fnc_system_a_entitydata.html
If you are only writing to one table, you can instead specify the entity once and place your list of data in the 'data' input
