CDT has been created from the database, and with same primary key as database.

Is it possible you're trying to auto-generate the primary key in two places? Through the primary key definition in your CDT as well as a sequence setup in the database itself?
thanks for replying. a teammate found the cause. database is using the same field name twice. so cdt also has duplicate fiels names.
