Yesterday my client met this issue in Production (no deployement made since two weeks), this happends with a specific user.
"UI Expression evaluation error:
Expression evaluation error [evaluation ID = BQLBSYMP ] in rule .... at function a!gridField [row: 21]:
The record data does not exist, has been deleted, or you do not have sufficient privileges to access it"
Then, he had a HTTP ERROR (code 413).
To correct the issue we just emptied the browser cache and it has worked back.
but, today, the client met exactly the same problem again on its TEST environnement.
This time, emptying the cache did not correct the issue.
What I have did, is just to edit the first rule concerned (called by a Report) and edit and re-save it.
After that, it has worked back again.
Could you tell me if you know what it is behind this error please ?

This part of the error "The record data does not exist, has been deleted, or you do not have sufficient privileges to access it" means the user most likely isn't part of a group which can see the record. Sometimes group in-direct membership can be finicky so the user should log out and back in to reset session details.
