Is it possible to load Facets from the database? (Appian 7.3)
If not, what is the max limit for the facets? I have more than 100 items which needs to be added as Facets....

Facets are supposed to enhance user experience in discovering the data they want quickly. Having100's of facets does not aid the user. You should consider betraying them into multiple categories that provide a rich user experience.
