Hi there,
i have created a new record "Record_A" with 1:N relation to record "Record_B".
In the record list "Record_A" I have added the field "Field_B" from "Record_B". (Record_A.relationships.Record_B.Fields.Field_B) No problem so far.
The record list ist showing me all the relevant data from "Record_A" plus the "Field_B" from "Record_B".
But it's not possible to search for the related field "Field_B" in the record list of "Record_A". The search funcionality based only on fields from "Record_A".
So I have tried to create a custom record field. Because I assume the custom fields will be included in the search matrix at least. But it's just not possible to reference to a field from "Record_B" using the relationship functionality. The supported functions are restricted for a custom field.
Did I miss something ?
Thanks for your support

This is a current product limitation we will address in an upcoming release. Please look for the Appian release notes each quarter.
Thank you for your response Danny... It would be really helpfull... otherwise we have to stick on our old views with already known performance issues.
