hello,
while generating a record action in a record type, we have the following error. If we try again many times, finally the action is generated.
Can someone give an explanation? Is there some log to consult to understand the problem?
Many thanks for your answers.

I'm not exactly sure what the issue is, but usually checking the application server log is a good place to start. Do you see any additional information there?
Hi Peter.
Thanks for your answer.
I found a message in the log that could correspond :
com.appiancorp.type.external.teneoimpl.TeneoDataStoreFactory - Data store staged for close is expiring but usage count >0. The consumer of the data store may not be calling close().With a very long stack trace. But I'm unable to understand its the real meaning.
Ah sorry that message doesn't look familiar to me - you may want to open a support ticket to have our support team help you investigate this further.
Answering on "Is there some log to consult to understand the problem?"If you have the access to system logs; the root problem can be found in object-template.log.
Any solution to this issue? I am facing this today.
Hi, unfortunately no solution. But, as I've written, after many tries, the action was generated.
Can you access/look at object-template.log?Also on which Appian version this problem happens? The Forward-Flow feature for creating a Record Type Action was evolved almost in all recent Appian version. So the root cause of the same failure might be different.
