Hi,
I am creating a Record Type. The requirement is like, in the process a list of employees will be selected. Only those users selected in the process instance can view the Record for that process instance. I implemented a similar requirement by setting the default filter for the Record type. But in this case, the selectedEmployeesList is list of user datatype. I get an error when I set a default filter like
selectedEmployeesList includes loggedinuser()
Someone pls help.

What kind of record are you using? Process backed or entity backed?

Process backed records use process security so you can use that to limit record view.
Just use the modify process instance security node to add all the folks that need to be added and make sure that no other people have access to this instance.
