Hello Appian and community
Is there a way or allowed to connect cloud appian mariadb with a IDE like dbeaver or a mariadb supported workbench etc.
If so please let me know
can we just use this JDBC? or other way
driverClassName="org.mariadb.jdbc.Driver" url="jdbc:mariadb://myinstance.appian.community:3306/Appian?useOldAliasMetadataBehavior=true" or any video if someone has will be helpful

By default the DB is not accessible from the outside. What is your use case?
developing on web console of DB Console is not fun
if I can connect to dbeaver with the
HOST, PORT , USER, PWD - it helps to speed things and save the scripts
ex : create a table, and add 2 constraints etc , though its doable , doing on IDE is easier
so asking.
I understand. I try to limit any in-DB development as much as possible, so I have no need for this.
