Appian Community and Appian Academy are being upgraded. As a part of the upgrade, Appian Community is currently in read-only mode, and user registration is disabled until August 3. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but a more secure, stable, and performant Community experience is coming soon!
The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. During the migration, Appian Community Edition, Appian Academy, Documentation, Certifications, Instructor-led Customer Training, Partner Sales Training & Accreditation, and Forum (for Appian Partners and Customers only) will remain available.
Hello
We have recently upgraded to 22.3 on-premise installation and using SQL server as data source.
In the new release of 22.3 its mentioned you can create New Data Model in Record page and design the columns within the Record itself. However, this option isn't available in our environment (link below).

My question is, is such feature is available only for Cloud customers or there additional configuration is required to see such option.
Best regards,
Khaled

This feature is availlable only for cloud users for now.
To clarify, this feature is for both cloud and self-managed sites, but it only applies when using MariaDB. Please see the documentation for more information: docs.appian.com/.../create-record-data-source.html
Thank you Peter for the feedback. Actually it is not mentioned clearly in the documentation that this feature only works on MariaDB.
