Record action

This issue can occur because of two reasons 

• Improper security, as you share a screenshot it seems to look fine. But please verify the user who initiated the record action must exist in the CMS creators or CMS approver group.
• The wrong context passed while calling the record action, so please verify the record action configuration. This record action will be failing on tempo as well. In case of record action pass using rv!record[recordtype!fieldname]

I have implemented this , in tempo it is working fine but when testing it in the site it gives same error

Hi Deepak ,tried by giving the primary key column, but the error is same
