I want to create a date filter with the following options.
1. This month
2. Previous month
3. This Year
4. previous Year.

You can create a read-only grid on your interface and set the data source as the record. Then you can create this filter on an interface using the dropdown field and then pass the selected value in the filters of the records
You can create User Filter for that.
