I am trying to create a record action and generate a record action, system is throwing an error.
I have verified the column name in the database which is showing in the error and there is no such a column.
Now, I got struck due to this issue.
Can someone provide tips to overcome this. Thanks in advance.

When we use "Generate A Record Action", Appian creates a unique key for each action based on the Display Name provided. For your case, It seems the Key already exists.
Try to provide different Display Name to generate the unique key.

I have already tried by providing different Display Names, but still issue remain and interestingly, same error is popping up when I try to create a Record Action from a different Record.
So, no idea from where this error is appearing.
Did you checked the record data, are you able to view the record data correctly? As suggested in the error trace the key is not unique at iteration 40, so you might want to check the record at index/id 40.
I have only 23 individual records in the RecordType. I don't have any index/id with 40.
Probably you can try to remove and recreate the record from scratch.
Same is the issue even with new RecordType record Actions.
Do you have an expression rule or interface called (attorneylobintakeattorneyId) ?
I have verified in the database structure and in all the Data Type, there is no such column or any reference.
Not getting any clue what else to verify. Very strange.
