Hi,
There is a stored procedure that updates the database and soon after we trying to sync records in a subprocess.Sync of all records and related records based on identifier is done.It has been observed that certain processes are being paused while others are completed fine. This is random behavior and no error on process model.
Please let me know if any solution regarding this.

Hi, which Appian Version are you currently using, there is a platform specific bug which the fixed in the 22.4 release.

AN-225494 - MediumFixed an issue that was causing process model failures due to a previous database transaction that was incorrectly marked for rollback.

Appian Version 22.4.480.0.
As I understand we don't have the hotfix installed for the next one which we will try out. However, there is no rollback of transaction this is successful stored procedure executed.
