I wanto to translate my Record type filters to Spanish

And Is it possible to change it for a whole group or you have to do it one by one?

The admin console settings only apply at an environment level. There are some different ways to configure this as documented here: docs.appian.com/.../Appian_Administration_Console.html

Secondly, it is possible to change a user's locale locale via a Smart Service, in which case you could create a process model to filter the users you'd like to update (for example, by group as you suggest). More info here: docs.appian.com/.../Update_User_Profile_Smart_Service.html
