Hey Everyone, Users in our Appian system are periodically unable to open records. It appears that the records themselves can be opened when using the same login account but on a different browser or incognito mode.Google chrome:

I do not remember such a case, but the error message is clear. I suggest to reduce the complexity in the record configuration until it works, then go back to the full functionality step by step.
Thanks for the response, sadly I don't think that will be possible as this is a live system that is in use. This issue only seems to appear on live and is quite hard to reproduce. I don't think the error message is very helpful as the case is able to be opened on other browsers, meaning the processID field does exist for those cases.
