When CSV is generated from Excel, first row is being skipped. And a blank row is added at the end.
Any suggestions?

If you are using Convert Excel to CSV smart service available in Excel Tools plugin then for first row getting skipped, make sure that you are passing "0" for "Row Number To Read From" input parameter and for blank row at last, it might be due to the excel document you have provided.
We have set 0 for starting row number. Still the issue persists.
It worked perfectly fine for me. Can you share the excel file here?
