Hi,

We are using entity backed Record for a process. Each instance of a process has its own security with its dynamic groups. It seems in Entity backed records we can only set security on based on datastore security. Is there a way we can define security of the list view via each dynamic group that is created for an instance. We do have the group id in the database table from which the entity backed record is being created....

You can use the default filter option. The record field would be the group Id in the table and value " tointeger(getgroupsformemberuser(loggedInUser())) ". Only if the logged in user is a memeber of that group that record would be displayed
