Hi,
Getting error "Preview currently unavailable due to an error on the source" while retrieving the data from DB View with Record Type also Expression Evaluation Error while querying with QE. Verified that view has a column wherein unique values are present and same is used as PK in CDT. Only thing is, this view's load time is approx. 20.17 seconds.
Anyone can suggest what would be the solution for this.

Thanks for your reply. We have a separate Database time. And they say that this cannot be shorten more. Is there a way this can be handled at Appian. Need is that I need to use this view for WebAPI creation.
By default the timeouts for database calls are 10 seconds. I suggest to reach out to Appian and discuss this with one of their client success architects.
Hi shobhits6437 initially analyze your database view using explain statement. Later add the necessary indexes for the columns & also remove un-necessary joins from the view. Then check the query time of the view, If still the error exists then reach out to apian support
