Used a!RecordFilterList in a record type. It is working fine but a default dropdown option "any" is coming, want to remove it is there any way?

Must be present in your code. If you add your code snippet here, I should be able to tell you where to change.
Sure Harshit sharing the code,
a!recordFilterList( name: "Sort By", options: a!forEach( items: { "My Cases", "All Cases" }, expression: a!recordFilterListOption( id: fv!index, name: fv!item, filter: if( fv!index=1, a!queryFilter( field: 'recordType!{2e997135-ee8a-4fd5-871c-ae8aed18427c}VCMS Workflow Record.relationships.{486f2016-d3fb-4f08-b9e5-0b5bfff29690}workflowCase.fields.{f70e18eb-e2b4-4239-8e75-75355532945c}caseownerid', operator: "=", value: rule!VCMS_EXP_getUserIdForUserFilter() ), null() ) ), ), defaultOption: "My Cases", allowMultipleSelections: false().)
And can you also add a screenshot of how that "Any" option is visible on your dropdown? Because I suspect it is just a placeholder (a text that appears when no value is selected) it should be fine.
Right it is a placeholder...So cant we make it go or configure its value like we are able to do in dropdown component in interfaces
Sadly, we can't. And it shouldn't bother. But if it does, then a way is to manually configure this filter on the interface level with either dropdown or multiple dropdown fields. But remember, it comes with performance issues!
And also, next time, try using this feature to improve the readability of the code.
sure!!
Hi Harshit I am attaching SS of the filter...Here "any" is coming as a selection option as well in the dropdown list...like you said it is a placeholder but is there option to just make it a placeholder and not an option in dropdown.
It is actually a placeholder only. Not a value. The identification is the italics style of the text.
