Using Process backed records on Appian 7.5 build on a parent process model A which has a sub-process model B.

1. Process model A uses Post event to feed smart service to post user event to Tempo along with records tags being used also to point to process backed record instance being created using expression a!toRecordIdentifier(cons!XXX_RECORD_TYPE_XXX, pp!id), this is working fine as process backed record tags are being formed on user post.

2. Now same user works on Process Model B and updates some data and used Post event to feed smart service to post user event to Tempo along with records tags but here for record tags expression parent process instance is being used like tea a!toRecordIdentifier(cons!XXX_RECORD_TYPE_XXX,pv!parentFlowA_PPID)) where parentFlowA_PPID is being passed as parameter from Parent A flow to sub -process B

3. User event from sub-process is being posted on Tempe but it does not have same record tag instance which...

** I can't use Post Comment to feed smart service to handle above use-case for some reasons

So how can i have same process based record tag instance from two different Post event activities ( one in Parent Process & other in sub-process ) ?

** I can't use Post Comment to feed smart service to handle above use-case for some reasons

So how can i have same process based record tag instance from two different Post event activities ( one in Parent Process & other in sub-process ) ?
