We have a database backed record type and inside DB there is a column called as Status which can have 3 types of values. i.e New,Accepted,Rejected. Our requirement is to show the record list containing data only for New and Accepted initially and user can select Rejected in the user filter if they want to see those records. Now the problem is that Appian's Default Choice option inside User Filter is only allowing single selection. Due to which its not possible for us to show the record of New and Accepted at the same time. Can someone please suggest what can be done in this case? Any help here is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think that is not possible to filter data in the default list... But you can create you own interface and filter the data shown using queryRecodType with the filters you may need.,
Making several options the default filter choice is already on the very long list of improvement suggestions.
