I am using a web service to fetch the records I have synced all the records successfully but, in the list, there are less records available.
Sync successfully for 10046 records but only 6549 available in the list

Do you have any filter in the list?

is there any Source filter or Query filter applied?
yes using a query filter to search the from the records

Varad Srivastava It seems you're fetching filtered data from a record. Could you share the code snippet or rule for accessing the data from the gridField property?

This is the expression rule for syncing data from connected system to record type
this is the grid list in record type
Varad Srivastava In this case, syncing data from the connected system to the record type is not an issue. I assume that when you query data from the record, you might be filtering data to display in the grid. Can you share a code snippet for the data parameter of gridField()?

I just want to get clarity is it Recordlist?? or custom interface others are assuming it as a custom interface.
It happens in following situations.
1. Record sync failure (this is not the case for you)
2. record filter with a default option on loading it fetches only records that matches the option
