In data model of a record not able to add or create a table.

In the new community site, I am facing the issue no option to create table/choose for database source record
There is no access to cloud data base in the Shared Community editions. So you need to create your data model using records and will not be able to select the db. My question is what entity are you expecting to see here?
I want to create one new table using records
You need to select another option which is "I want to start from scratch"
while creating a new record after clicking tell us about your data I am not able to see option "I want to start from scratch" in the CE.
