Hi,
Is it a good practice to use directly the "rf!" designation for Record type variable Inside the rules applyed in the Record Dashboard or is it better to pass it throw a rule input variable and then use "ri!"?
It seems that the use of "rf!" is working but maybe it has inconvenients that we can't easily observe.
Thanks you...

Two things I can think of (1) rf! will tie you up with the record - making reuse difficult and (2) with ri! you can enter data in the interface designer to test how things work. You will lose this features if you use rf!
