I've configured a SAIL form on a user input task to trigger as a related act

I've configured a SAIL form on a user input task to trigger as a related action from a record. The related action triggers a tempo task. I'd like it to trigger directly on the related actions screen on the record. Not as a tempo task. Any suggestions?...

You need to configure a start form instead of a User Input Task or enable activity chaining from the Start Event to the User Input Task

Actually I read this again and realized you are talking about Related Actions not Actions. In that case make sure you're marking the task as a Quick Task, there's a checkbox in the General tab of the User Input Task

Eduardo, thank you so much. That fixed the issue and displayed the form in the record view. Thank you so very much for your help!!
