How we can database table for application in appian version 24.3 as previously we get the cloud database .Now there is no cloud database please help us on this

Is this question about the new Community Edition? If yes, there is no direct access to the DB. Use Records to create your tables.
Not getting proper table creation option in db
I can see there that option (I want to start from scratch) is not available in my environment. Can you help me with this?
