I can't generate event record types.

While i am practicing, i created a record type and when i am trying to generate record event types , i am getting an error " You must have edit access to at least one of the applications this record type is in to generate event record types ".

I read a similar content and checked the following, but there were no problems.

・Record Type is added to any Application.

・There are not Missing Precedents.

I can generate record event types about 8 days ago, but I can't do it 5 days ago. 

I saw an article saying that it was automatically resolved so I left it alone, but it hasn't been resolved yet.
