I am quite certain that I have configured a Record Type Related Action correctly, but it is not displaying (a "No actions available" message displays). I have noticed the following error in the app server log when I select any of the Record Types on the Records tab. Could this be causing the Related Action to not display?

could not deserialize the request scoped attribute with name: "recordType"
java.io.NotSerializableException: com.appiancorp.suiteapi.common.paging.SortInfo...

I've just discovered that my Related Action was not displaying because my process model contained a process start form (though I don't understand how it was created... it must appear by default when a PV is specified as a parameter?).

I am still curious about the NotSerializableException error message, though. Is this something that we should be concerned about?
