I need help understanding why record sync is not occurring when using the "Write to Datastore" smart service in one environment, while the latest data appears in the records in another environment.
In the environment where sync is not happening, a manual sync is required to view the latest data.
Can someone help me understand the cause of this issue?

There is no record sync failure i have checked in sync history.And record is available.
in interface we are querying data using records hence we encountered this issue.but to view/query latest data from record we need a manual sync.
In order to overcome this issue we have moved write to datastore from write to records which works as expected.
but i need to understand why the same has been not work when write to datastore smart service is used.
IN case you are using synced records, your processes must be prepared to this issue.... because if sync fails, you will be using an old version of the data.
