Hi team,Scenario - There are many table for our application and all of these tables have there respective Appian records. Now, if someone adds unique key constraint to any of the column on any table then we also need to re-map column on the respective records.
Ask - Is there any direct way to generate a summary report to fetch all the records whose mapping of columns is breaking/ where we need to remap the columns in our record.

Hi mohits1040
I think there is no direct feature that automatically generates a summary report showing all Appian Records whose mappings have broken due to database changes. we might need to check for issues in other ways—such as reviewing error logs or monitoring when a record is queried
Hello mohits1040 ,
No, there is no direct way to generate such a summary report automatically.
Hi mohits1040,there is no such way provided in Appian, unless there are any broken mappings due to database schema changes, there might be some sync failures you will be able to see in sync history if you are using sync records
This is unfortunately not possible. But would be a nice feature to add.
