Hi,
I'm trying to find the root cause to why I can't see any records in the "Data Preview" screen of a Synced Record Type.
The application works normally and I'm able to push a full sync without any issues. Other records stored in the same database are available in "Data Preview".
Context: The data is stored in company hosted SQL Server.
Error message: Preview currently unavailable due to an error on the source
Any recommendation to logiles, or actions I can take to understand why the data isn't displaying is appricated.

Please check the security of the record and the database table if you have. Check the logs it will give the exact issue why you can't see the data.

Been trying to use the Appian logfile documentation to identify the correct one.

I'd start by making sure that the Connected System for the Data Source is functional.

The database is connected using the old "Data Source" option in Admin Console. Several other Record Types are connected to the same DB and the "Data Preview" is working.

All full syncs pass with a green symbol.
